Moreover he provided complete sightseeing and shopping in the Kathmandu area during our stay. His staff is courteous, honest and provides professional service and excellent security throughout the trek. The kitchen staff and chief cook understand the health concerns of weak western stomachs and did their best to keep us healthy. No one had health issues throughout our 20 day trek. The pace of the trek is well suited to achieve the altitude goals of the highest pass. Acute Mountain sickness was a non-issue as we progressed at a pace that provided adequate time to adapt to the altitude. The camping outfit provided by Peak Endeavour’s used high quality sleeping and eating tents. We felt like royalty. The trek itself was the best ever. Much diversity of culture, terrain, and ecologies. In summary, we would have no hesitation in any regard to use Peak Endeavour’s Nepal again in the future and greatly enjoyed our trip in 2010. Trip Overview Manaslu Circuit Trek

Considered as one of the most challenging treks in Nepal, the Manaslu Circuit will reward the adventurous with an unparalleled alpine experience. Opened in 1992, this area offers a combination of rich culture heritage, unsurpassed beauty, and biological diversity.
We ascend the Gandaki River valley, which is fed by innumerable rivers and waterfalls, offering the chance of a plungeinto some bathing pools. From here, the streneous section begins and yaks begin to out number people in the rocky landscape. In Samagoan (3450m) we visit the glacial green lake of Birendra, before crossing into mystic Samdo, a mere 15km from the Tibetan border. Here Tibetan monks inhabit sacred monasteries and combined with the views of the Tibetan plateau against stark white Himalayas this is a truly spiritual place. The biggest challenge then awaits - crossing the snow bound Larkya La pass (5213m). Snow-covered peaks over 6500m towers above as we cross. The descent, once off the snow, takes us through alpine then tropical areas, bursting with ferns, bamboo, pine trees, waterfalls and aqua-blue green lakes laced with cotton-white beaches. Finally, Manaslu will disappear as we descend to Beshishar (832m.) This 3week excursion will leave you with a sense of peace and respect for the people of Nepal and its ecological wonders.
Highlights: Views of Tibet and an insight into Tibetan culture through various monasteries and Tibetan settlements. Un spoilt mountain views, bathing pools, lakes and waterfalls surrounded by alpine and tropical forests.

Day to Day Itinerary of Manaslu Circuit Trek.

Days 01 :	Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you will be met by our Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel and evening there will be welcome dinner provided by company in the Nepalese Restaurant with Nepalese cultural dance. Overnight at hotel. B.B.
Days 02 :	Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and Kathmandu durbar square). Overnight at hotel. B.B.
Days 03 :	Kathmandu to Gorkha (1060m), Travel by bus from Kathmandu to Gorkha (approx. 5hrs). Tented B.L.D
Days 04 :	Gorkha to Khanchowk (927m) Tented B.L.D
Days 05 :	Khanchowk trek to Aarughat: (1570m) Tented B.L.D
Days 06 :	Aarughat trek to Liding (900m) Tented B.L.D
Days 07 :	Liding trek to Machha Khola, Tented B.L.D
Days 08 :	Machha Khola trek to Jagat (1,350m) Tented B.L.D

Days 17 :	Dharmasala to Larkya Pass (4,930m.) /Bimtang: (3720m) Tented B.L.D
Days 18 :	Bimtang trek to Tilje (2600m).Tented B.L.D
Days 19 :	Tilje trek to Tal (1700m) Tented B.L.D
Days 20 :	Tal trek to Jagat (1300m) Tented B.L.D
Days 21 :	Jagat trek to Khudi (790m.) Tented B.L.D
Days 22 :	Khudi drive back to Kathmandu. After arrival we will change our transportation to the Bus which is waiting for us at beshi Sahar then continue drive back to Kathmandu check in to the Hotel free time. Overnight at hotel. B.B.
Days 23 :	Leisure day in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel. B.B.r
Days 24 :	Transfer to Airport for your home departure. Farewell !!
